House Bill 1359 , a bill creating and requireing a permit to purchase a fiream was filed yesterday at the Virginina General Assemlby. The bill would not allow anyone below the age of 21 to purchase a firearm because they are not eligible for a permit, and the bill requires fingerprinting, firearm training certified by the Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS). Five Day Waiting Period Bill Drops at General Assembly
More firearm related bills dropped at the General Assembly yesterday ahead of today's opening at noon.
