Permit to Purchase Bill Filed
House Bill 1359 , a bill creating and requireing a permit to purchase a fiream was filed yesterday at the Virginina General Assemlby. The bill would not allow anyone below the age of 21 to purchase a firearm because they are not eligible for a permit, and the bill requires fingerprinting, firearm training certified by the Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS).
