More firearm related bills dropped at the General Assembly yesterday ahead of today's opening at noon. One of those bills is  HB700 , which would create a five day waiting period before an individual can take possession of a firearm after they complete the background check form.  Provides that no person shall sell a firearm unless at least five days have elapsed from the time the prospective purchaser completes the written consent form to have a licensed dealer obtain crimina
